ABOUT MERRYDAY STUDIO

Faye Stevens is an award-winning designer and the founder of Merryday Studio. She has a degree in 3D design, pattern cutting qualifications and over 15 years’ experience working as a freelance artist.

Inspired by the British landscape and its inhabitants, Faye’s creations are original, creative and ethically produced. Each item is made in the UK from 100% natural fibres.

ENVIROMENTAL CARE

Here are a few things we do at Merryday Studio to look after the environment and the people living on it:

Responsibly sourced

All of our paper is FSC or FSCF certified to ensure that it comes from sustainable sources. Short run digital printing methods are used for our textiles; one of the most environmentally friendly print methods with almost zero waste created.

Biodegradable

Cards - we use biodegradable cello bags, uncoated card (with no plastic coating) and recycled paper envelopes.

Scarves - we only use fabrics which are made from natural materials so that everything is biodegradable.

Air miles and ethical working

We use local companies to produce our products. This supports the local economy, reduces travel miles and ensures a reliable standard of working conditions.

We are a very small company who believe in creativity, originality and ethical practice. We only produce small quantities of each design so you can rest assured that your purchase is unique and has been made with care.
